A Game of Thrones Synopsis
Every part focuses on the third individual restricted perspective of a solitary character; the book presents the view of eight fundamental characters. Also, a minor character gives the introduction. Section headings demonstrate the viewpoint.
A Game of Thrones is situated in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, an area reminiscent of medieval Europe. In Westeros the seasons keep going for a considerable length of time, once in a while decades, on end. Fifteen years preceding the novel, the Seven Kingdoms were destroyed by a civil war, known on the other hand as 'Robert's Rebellion' and the 'War of the Usurper'. Six years after the fact King Robert demonstrated his determination by overcoming a disobedience by Lord Balon Greyjoy of the Iron Islands. Balon's two eldest children were murdered and his most youthful child, Theon, was given to the consideration of Eddard Stark as a ward.
